My Story…
I am raising money for the Parkinson Foundation in honor of my grandfather, Pete DeRose, who was diagnosed with Parkinson's in 2007. Watching his strength, resilience, and grace in the face of his disease inspired me more than anything. This run is my way of carrying his spirit forward and supporting the countless families who are walking this path today. By raising funds for the Parkinson Foundation, I’m hoping to help support the development of better research and treatments, greater understanding, and one day, a cure. Every mile is for him, and for everyone affected by this disease.
