My Story…
For my next half marathon, I am choosing to support the Special Olympics PA because of their mission to provide support for those who would otherwise not be able to participate. Being a physical therapist, my life is centered around movement and motivating others to be active. Educating and helping others find healthy ways to move and boost their quality of life is something that I am very passionate about. I believe that every person should have the access to programs that give them opportunities to do so. It is vital for people to have a sense of community to encourage those around them become the best version of themselves - and I believe that the Special Olympics organization does just that.
