My Story…
My name is Sarah and I am currently training for the Pittsburgh Half Marathon in May with my roommates. Training for this half has taught me my physical and mental strengths and weaknesses, but it has also taught me to appreciate the ability to move my body. Not everyone is as able, such as those with Parkinson's Disease. Parkinson's Disease has affected my close family since my uncle was diagnosed in 2021. On behalf of my family and those with Parkinson's Disease, I would like to raise money for the Parkinson's Foundation of Western Pennsylvania.
