Help Alexandra raise money

If you know me, you know I consider myself a partial Pittsburgh native - I just don't actually live there, but a piece of me is always there. Actually, lots of pieces of me remain there because it's where 90% of my extended family lives! This is my 4th half marathon, and my I-don't-know-how-many-ith race - but it's my first race in my favorite city. I am running this race for my Grandmas - my bib will proudly read "SallynPat" in memory of them. Though they're not with me anymore, I think about them every single day. From my grandma Sally taping the televised explosion of the original 3 Rivers Stadium, to my Grandma with Pappy's (AKA Pat) love for all the pickled foods (especially the pickled herring lol) down in the Strip District - this race is more than an opportunity to PR for me!

When I realized I could fundraise for an organization I took a long hard look at the list and saw the Pittsburgh Y. So, duh - of course I HAD to do that. After a decade of raising money for the Y in South Hampton Roads, why not expand my footprint to the 412! Won't you join me in the programs they provide that build a better community?
