Why I support The Pittsburgh Project
I’m proud to be running the Pittsburgh Marathon Relay in support of The Pittsburgh Project—an organization that’s doing incredible, hands-on work right here in our city.
The Pittsburgh Project serves vulnerable youth and community members across Pittsburgh through after-school programs, mentorship, and community outreach. They invest in young people by providing guidance, education, and opportunities that help shape strong futures, while also working to strengthen neighborhoods that too often get overlooked.
By supporting my run, you’re helping fund meaningful youth programs and continued investment in Pittsburgh communities.
Every donation—big or small—makes a real difference.
Description
The Pittsburgh Project is a faith-based organization with the mission to share hope, empower youth and build community. We pursue this by offering educationally enriching after school and summer day camp programming for students in grades K-12. Join us in walking/running for the youth and families of the North Side! Every dollar fuels a step towards a better future for our city!
