As CEO of YouthPlaces, I'm not just leading from the boardroom—I'm leading from the front lines. This year, I'm lacing up my sneakers and stepping into the Pittsburgh Marathon 5K with purpose: to raise critical funds that fuel opportunity, stability, and futures for young people across Allegheny County.

For me, this run is more than a race—it’s a reflection of the same endurance, resilience, and determination our team brings to YouthPlaces every day. Throughout my tenure at YP, we've collectively navigated financial challenges, expanded our reach, and remained a consistent safe haven for teens who need it most from 32 schools. Now, I'm turning miles into momentum—inviting the community to invest in the potential of our youth!

Every step I take represents a young person discovering who they are through YP SELF, building skills through workforce pathways, or finding belonging in a safe, supportive space. Every dollar raised helps ensure that YouthPlaces can continue to meet young people where they are—especially those in communities facing the greatest barriers.
