My Story…
Animals have always been a part of my life. They’re not just pets they’re family. At home, I’ve got my own crew, from cats and dogs to chickens and ducks, and every single one of them depends on us for care, protection, and love. That responsibility sticks with you.
That’s why supporting Animal Friends means something to me.
Not every animal gets the kind of home or support that mine do. Some are abandoned, injured, or never given a real chance. Organizations like Animal Friends step in when those animals have nowhere else to go providing medical care, shelter, and helping them find a second chance with a family that will actually care for them.
Right now, I’m training for the Pittsburgh 5K, and I wanted that effort to mean more than just crossing a finish line. This is about pushing myself physically while also giving back to something bigger than me.
If you’re able to donate, even a small amount, it goes directly toward helping animals get the care they deserve. And if you can’t donate, sharing this still makes a difference.
