My Story…
As a young woman who has struggled with mental & physical health challenges, there have been many times where I’ve questioned my strength and doubted myself. For a long time, I saw those struggles as weaknesses and thought they would hold me back.
But the women in my life-my moms, grandmothers, sisters, aunts, cousins, and friends- have shown me what real strength looks like. They’ve taught me that strength isn’t about having it all together, but about resilience, perseverance, and continuing on even when things feel heavy.
I’m doing this run not only to prove to myself that I can keep going, but for every woman who may be struggling in silence.
I’m proud to be fundraising for BC Women’s Health Foundation, which provides critical mental health support for women across British Columbia.
Thank you for supporting not only me, but every woman. ❤️
