My Story…
This year I’m running in the 2026 Run for Women to honour every woman who has ever carried more than she could say out loud. Mental health is not a straight line, and I know firsthand how much courage it takes to keep showing up. Your support helps fund programs that give women the care, dignity, and community they deserve.
