Our story…

The EDC Mindful Movers are excited to be joining thousands of walkers and runners across Canada in the Shoppers Drug Mart® Run for Women, raising help for women’s mental health programs at The Royal for the 13th year in a row! We are a group of colleagues, friends and family members who care about the wellbeing of those in our community and supporting each other in our times of need. To date we have raised over $176,000 for these critical programs at The Royal, and this year - being 2026 - our goal is to raise over $26,000 more to continue our impact.
