7:40 a.m. – 1K Little Steps
7:50 a.m. – Welcome and Warm-up
8:15 a.m. – 10K start
8:25 a.m. – 5K start
Suggested Arrival Time: 6:55 a.m.
To have the most enjoyable race day experience, please give yourself plenty of time before your race. Factor in timing for: getting to the event site, parking, toilet use (which may include wait time), getting into your start corral, deep breathing and getting into your groove!
Parking Information
Parking is available at the Women’s College Hospital underground parkade, accessible from Bay St. & Grosvenor. Please approach only from this street as there would be other road closures in place. The fee is a $10 flat rate.
Parking is available south of College on Elizabeth Street at the Toronto General Hospital parkade for a $9 flat fee for the day.
There is another parking garage on Grosvenor Street east of Bay St. Which charges a flat fee of $8 for 12 hours. You may also find free street parking in the area.
TTC: Take the University Line to Queen’s Park Station. Walk East on College for one block, then turn left on to Dr. Emily Stowe Way. You will see Women’s College Hospital entrance straight ahead.
Uber Drop-off: College and Dr. Emily Stowe Way. This would be just south of the main entrance.
Route Maps

Participants will line up facing west at the start line just outside the Women’s College Hospital courtyard at Grosvenor St. and Surrey Place. The course will head out to Queens Park Cres. East and turn left. At College Ave., runners turn right and will run west occupying the closed traffic lane while staying off the streetcar lane. Coming upon Spadina Ave, runners will turn right to head north on the closed road. Passing Harbord St., runners will turn right at Bloor St and occupy the eastbound lane. Runners then breeze by Varsity Stadium field, Koerner Hall and the ROM before going through the luxury shopping district on Bloor. At Bay St., runners head south to enjoy some downhill in the closed southbound lane. Soon coming upon St. Joseph, runners turn right again to head back to Queens Park Crescent. At the circle, runners will turn right and run counterclockwise rounding the top of the circle to the west side before moving to the off-ramp on to Wellesley at the back of the legislative buildings. Runners then turn left on to Wellesley and quickly another right back on to the east side of the circle heading downhill towards College. Now on the east side of Queens Park Crescent, turn into Grosvenor St. for the final dash to the Finish Line.

The 10K follows the same route as the 5K but does it twice.
Offline Donations
Please bring all cash/cheque donations to the Women’s College Hospital tent at the race, along with a pledge form and provide it to a Women’s College Hospital on-site representative.
