I think we can confidently say that all of us have been touched by mental health challenges at some point in our lives, whether personally or through someone we care about. That’s why I’m participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women this year. In our community, the funds raised support the incredible work of My Sisters’ Place, a place where women can find compassion, connection, and support when they need it most.
