This year, I’m once again participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in support of My Sisters’ Place here in London.

Mental health challenges touch so many lives, often quietly and closer to home than we realize. Through my involvement with My Sisters’ Place, I’ve seen the impact that compassion, support, and simply having a safe place to turn can make for women in our community.

Every dollar raised helps support women who are navigating incredibly difficult circumstances and reminds them they are not alone.
