At FitClub Bootcamps, we believe strength goes far beyond the gym floor.

We train to build resilience, confidence and community — and this run is an opportunity to use that strength for something bigger than ourselves. We are proud to be participating in the Shoppers Drug Mart Run for Women in support of My Sisters’ Place, a safe, trauma-informed space for women in London experiencing homelessness, violence, mental health and substance use challenges.

Every class we take reminds us what it feels like to be supported and empowered. We’re running to help ensure other women in our community feel that same sense of safety, dignity and belonging.

This is more than a run. 

It’s our community supporting women. 💜
