My Story…

Running for Mental Health support for all in our Rural Community and throughout the whole region!  Donate today, as I run the Baden Road Race.  Support the work of Interfaith Counselling Centre, as we ensure professional counselling is available to all.

Mental Health is Health.  Running for Wellness.  Stronger Connections!  Better Mental Health.
