My Story…
I’ll be participating in The 2026 Forest City Cycling Challenge 100km race to raise funds for mental health on June 7th.
Mental health touches all of us, including myself, in ways seen and unseen. So many people are quietly carrying heavy battles, some still fighting, some heartbreakingly lost. It’s a reminder of how important support, compassion, and access to care truly is.
This 100k ride is about giving back, honouring those we’ve lost, supporting those still in it, and helping ensure no one has to face their battles alone. Thank you for being part of this. Every contribution truly makes a difference.
