Raise money for Canadian Mental Health Association Nova Scotia Division

From community to community, CMHA Nova Scotia Division works to promote mental health, reduce stigma, and ensure Nova Scotians have access to the critical supports they need to be well and stay well—so that mental health challenges don’t become crises.

This includes support in finding and maintaining safe, affordable housing; assistance securing sustainable, well-paying employment; access to suicide prevention training; peer support; workplace mental health training; and mental health literacy programs.

Together, these programs play a vital role in strengthening mental wellness and building more resilient, connected communities across Nova Scotia.
