My Story…
For much of my life, I’ve lived with a restrictive eating disorder — something that can feel incredibly isolating and frightening. Many people struggle in silence, carrying shame when they could be met with support.
Eating Disorders Nova Scotia (EDNS) provides exactly that. They offer awareness, resources, free programs, and compassionate care for those navigating recovery — not only in Nova Scotia, but across Canada. They create space for connection and hope.
Support from EDNS helps people like me, and so many others, find community and healing. If you’re able, please consider donating to help make recovery possible for those who need it most.
No one should have to suffer alone.
