My Story…
This year I’m challenging myself to run the Halifax Medavie Blue Nose Marathon. Running has become a really important part of my life, especially during times when I’ve struggled with my relationship with food and my mental health. Training gives me structure, helps clear my mind, and reminds me that I’m capable of doing hard things. Because of that, I’m proud to be running in support of Eating Disorders Nova Scotia and the work they do to support people going through similar struggles. Every mile in this training block means something to me. Thank you for supporting me along the way.
