My Story…
This year, I’m running the Bluenose 10K as part of Team Myles, and I’m proud to be supporting Heart and Stroke Foundation.
This cause is especially important to me because of the impact heart disease has had on people close to me. Having seen both family members and friends affected, it’s become something that means a great deal to me personally.
Every step I take is in support of better prevention, treatment, and research so fewer families have to go through the same challenges.
