Description
HomeBridge believes in the strength and resilience of vulnerable youth. Through five youth care settings, an accredited school and both arts and recreation based therapeutic, life-skills programs, HomeBridge works to help these young people heal from their past trauma, build healthy relationships and develop the skills and awareness to be their best self. Every year an average of 80 Nova Scotian youth between 12 and 18 years of age are served in the HomeBridge Community.
