Help Carl raise money

Nine years ago, a brave homeless mom came to O'Connor Hospital in San Jose to give birth to her 9th child -- all 9 in our Foster Care system. We were fortunate to foster adopt that baby boy, and Jacob will be celebrating his 10th birthday this August.  We are fortunate that Jacob, like so many other babies, was born at one of our County's 4 public hospitals.  It is one of many reasons why we helped create, and continue to support, the "Valley Health Foundation's" Annual "Stars & Strides" community run and walk, which serves our 4 public hospitals and 14 public healthcare clinics and the 1 million of our neighbors they annually serve.

It is also why we are asking for your support for the mission of our public healthcare system, and our collective efforts through our annual "Stars & Strides" community run and walk, to help serve and support those families.  

This year's Stars & Strides community run and walk will be held on Saturday morning, July 11th, across from Discovery Meadow in downtown San Jose.  Whether you can participate or not, we are asking if you could please join us in donating to this effort.  Our family fundraising goal is $25,000.  With your help, we know we can achieve this ambitious goal!  And, if you can also sign up for Stars & Strides, the registration link is easy at StarsAndStrides.com
