My Story…

Hi! My name is Ellery, this is my first official race to celebrate graduating university! After lots of thinking, I’ve decided to choose the Canadian Mental Health Association as my fundraiser.

I hope as a society we can work to improve accessibility to preventative mental health supports, as opposed to oftentimes being suggested after someone has already been struggling.
