My Story…
Mental health is so important. This race is for awareness, support, and for those who may feel stuck in their struggles, a reminder that no one should have to go through it alone. Running is more than just exercise for me, it helps my mental health. It’s a way to be present, focus on my body, and move with intention. It’s a mental challenge that builds resilience with every step. That’s why I’m proud to be running 10km to raise funds for the Canadian Mental Health Association Toronto. This organization supports community-based mental health programs, crisis and suicide intervention, and housing support. Mental health matters. You matter. Taking care of your mind and body should always be a priority. 💚
