In May 2026, I will be running the Calgary Marathon — a race that is deeply personal to me. While this journey means a lot on its own, I want to make every kilometer count for something bigger.

I’m raising funds for Light Up the World (LUTW), a Canadian registered charity dedicated to transforming lives through access to sustainable energy. Around the world, millions of people still live without reliable electricity. Light Up the World works alongside remote communities to provide clean energy and connectivity — improving education, strengthening healthcare, and creating real opportunities for a better future.

The funds raised will help continue developing technologies that benefit rural communities, expand growth initiatives, provide once-in-a-lifetime educational opportunities to young adults in Alberta, and support a specialized team dedicated to relieving energy poverty and bridging the digital divide.
