Year 2 of running for charity!

This year I'm running to raise money for Families Matter - a Calgary non-profit dedicated to connecting families to local resources and offering in-home and in-community supports which help build strong, resilient, thriving families. 

They offer in-home respite care, support for parents under 23, 1-on-1 coaching for fathers, perinatal (pregnancy to 1yr after birth) mental health support, and in-community parenting classes & parent-child play groups to build caregiver's skills and knowledge of child development.

All of this is offered to Calgarians at no cost!
