Description
Making Changes Association (MCA) empowers women and teen girls to overcome barriers and move forward with confidence and purpose. Through five free programs, we provide professional clothing, skills training, resources, and community support.
Since 1981, MCA has supported women re-entering the workforce, newcomers to Canada, and those rebuilding after life transitions. Last year alone, we assisted over 3,100 clients, made possible by 12,375 volunteer hours of direct support.
Rooted in inclusion and powered by community, MCA helps women build brighter futures—for themselves, their families, and Calgary.
