The Chevron City to Surf has been bringing West Australians together for more than 50 years. It's WA's longest-running community participation event, and it exists to raise funds for people with disability.

genU, the charity that owns the event, began more than 70 years ago with a group of parents who wanted more opportunities for their children. Today it's one of Australia's leading care providers, offering supported housing, education and training, employment services and community programs.

genU works nationally, but all funds raised from this event stay in Western Australia. Every dollar helps make homes safer and more accessible for people with disability here in WA, so they can live more independently and with more confidence.

That support matters more than ever. Disability services across Australia are going through significant funding changes, and community fundraising helps genU keep running the programs people rely on.

So run, walk, or roll for the fun of it, and know that you're making a real difference while you do.

Event T-shirt. Every registrant gets a Chevron City to Surf for genU T-shirt. It's one you'll want to wear again, and a reminder that you did it for a great cause.

Finisher's medal. Celebrate your finish with a medal to keep and show to your family and friends.

Entertainment on course. Music and entertainment the whole way will keep your energy up from start to finish.

Finish precinct. Celebrate with family and friends at the finish, with food vendors, free carnival rides, and entertainment for all ages.

Closed roads. The entire course is closed to traffic, so you can relax and enjoy every kilometre.

Aid stations and medical support. Water, electrolytes, toilets, and first aid along the course, with medical teams on hand if you need them.

Recovery area. Fruit and electrolytes are waiting for you after the finish to help you recover.

Public transport is free on event day, with shuttle buses running between Perth CBD, Floreat, and City Beach Oval for participants and spectators.
