My Story…
One year ago I found out I have stage 4 rectal cancer spread to my lymph nodes and liver. It is scary and overwhelming unsure of what the future will look like.
Over the past year I’ve endured treatments, appointments and fear but I’ve also experienced incredible support and hope.
I’m responding well to treatment and I continue to fight!! I’m sharing my journey not just for myself, but for everyone affected by colon cancer.
Colon cancer doesn’t always show clear symptoms. It doesn’t only affect older people. And early detection can save lives.
