Walking with CJ's Bad Ass Crew in honour of my late beautiful mother-in-law Carol Johnston. Carol was a warrior - after being diagnosed with stage 4 colorectal cancer she fought with everything in her so she could continue to live life and make memories with her loving husband Jeff, sons and grandkids. Each year Carol would organize her Bad Ass Crew to fundraise and walk in the 5 km BumRun. More than anything Carol wanted to raise awareness about this devastating disease and how early detection can save lives. This year we walk again for Carol. We miss her everyday but know she will be with us in spirit cheering us on to the finish line. Please consider donating - any amount is appreciated.
