My Story…
I am working with the Colorectal Cancer Resource & Action Network https://ccran.org to raise funds for colon cancer screening and for patient supports https://www.bumrun.com. One of my roles at UofC is that I am the Director of Research at the Colon Cancer Screening Centre. I also have several active projects working to identify optimal treatment approaches for patients diagnosed with advanced colorectal cancer. This cause is near and dear to me, so I remain committed to raise awareness for screening and to provide support for patients and their families. All proceeds from this event will go towards CCRAN’s patient support programs for families living with colorectal cancer.
