My Story…
Support EFMN As I Run The Twin Cities 10 Mile Again!
This year, I am proudly running as a team member of team Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota. I have worked on the development team at EFMN for nearly 5 years and am so grateful to be part of an organization that cares so deeply about the community we serve!
Growing up, seizures and epilepsy were always part of our family's journey. My older sister lives with epilepsy and has navigated seizures at every stage of her life. While she has been seizure-free for a few years, it will always be something she has to take extra care to manage and monitor for the rest of her life.
My sister and me!While my family has had access to support, medications, and healthcare to help my sister navigate her epilepsy, so many individuals and families face various barriers to accessing the essential care and resources they need to thrive. This is why the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota serves to support clients wherever they are on their journey to ensure they do not face epilepsy alone.
Any gift you make in support of the Twin Cities Marathon Weekend will directly support Minnesotans impacted by epilepsy and help provide critical resources and care to those who need it.
