My Story…
Filled with joy to be running this race!
I ran my first half marathon in June of 2023 and although I did not have much fun, I do have a competitive spirit and I knew I’d need to run another half to beat my time.
Since then, I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes, a condition that requires a lot of planning and attention to do things that once took very little brain power - like running. I am so fortunate to be able to continue running, and I’m excited to see if I can improve on my time, even with this added challenge.
I would love your support in reaching my goals both in fundraising and on race day!
Donate to help Michelle raise money for 2026 Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend’s fundraising campaign.
