My Story…
Welcome to My Race Roster Page!
Iβm proud to share that I completed the Twin Cities 10-Mile with the Epilepsy Foundation of Minnesota team, finishing in 1:19:01, averaging a 7:55 per mile pace, and placing 23rd out of 201 in my age division.
After years of unmanaged seizures, receiving a diagnosis, proper treatment, and rebuilding my health through consistent exercise and distance running has been life-changing. Running for EFMN is my way of raising awareness, reducing stigma around epilepsy and mental health, and supporting others on their recovery journey.
More than 3.4 million people in the U.S. live with epilepsy. EFMN provides vital education, resources, and community support for individuals and families across Minnesota.
How You Can Help: Every donation, no matter the size, directly supports EFMN's programs and services. If you're unable to give, sharing this page is just as appreciated.
Thank you for your support and for being part of this mission! ππββοΈ
