My Story...

Supporting the efforts of TLP became deeply personal to me after I had the privilege of seeing the impact with my own eyes in 2011.

The villagers that my soon-to-be husband and I met were so warm and welcoming. They showed us all that could be achieved and all that could be possible when clean water is a part of their daily lives, and when it is not.

Please consider a donation of $35. This amount can provide one person with clean water for LIFE! This changes everything, opportunities for school, hygiene, health and even provides opportunities for job creation.

I look forward to running this race with my two daughters! Thank you!

Description

I'm a member of the Tanzania Life Project team and running (and/or walking) a race as part of the Medtronic Twin Cities Marathon Weekend to help bring clean water access to communities in Tanzania.

Access to clean water changes everything—health, education, and opportunity for children and families. Together through Tanzania Life Project, we’re helping make that possible.

Every mile we run and every dollar raised goes toward sustainable clean water solutions, hygiene education, and human rights governance that empowers women and girls to overcome societal barriers that limit their opportunities.  That's creating lasting impact!

Join our team or donate to support a runner and be part of something bigger than the race.
