Our story…
At The Kenrick, we believe that hospitality extends far beyond our walls. It’s about showing up for our community, supporting one another, and creating spaces where people feel safe, seen, and cared for.
This year, our team is proud to participate in the Banff Half Marathon in support of the YWCA of Banff.
The YWCA plays a vital role in our community, offering emergency shelter, safe and supportive housing, counselling services, and essential programs for women and children - particularly those experiencing violence or navigating vulnerable circumstances. Their work provides not only immediate safety, but also the foundation for healing, growth, and a more stable future.
We are running as a team to stand behind that mission.
Our goal is to raise $1,500, and with the support of our team and community, we hope to go well beyond that. Every contribution helps ensure that women and children in Banff have access to the care, resources, and support they need, when they need it most.
This race is about more than distance or pace. It’s about coming together, moving with purpose, and contributing to something meaningful.
We’re honoured to run for the YWCA, and grateful for every step taken alongside us.
