My Story…
In 2026 I am swimming Point to La Point to raise money for youth swimming lessons and senior fitness. The Bayfield Community Rec Center provides affordable programs, classes, and events that promote healthy, fun, and active lifestyles.
I was lucky enough to have parents who enrolled me in swimming lessons and would have never guessed 40 years after those lessons I would be swimming long distance races. I would love to give that same opportunity to learn water safety and swimming to kids! Please help me in raising money for this amazing cause - one which I will carry with me across Lake Superior!
