Athletics has always been a huge part of my life. Training for this 2.1 mile open water swim in Lake Superior is my next big challenge — but I don’t want it to just be about me. By fundraising for the Bayfield Rec Center, I get to help create opportunities for kids and families to find the same joy and confidence that sports have given me.
