My Story…

I'm a lifetime swimmer and also an endurance coach. I believe that age doesn't define you. And you should never have to give up on your dreams, even though your body may be changing. I love the Great Lakes and the power in them. And I love ways that I can contribute to communities and bring the joy to others.
