We are the McCrarys...aka. The McCrazys — a small but mighty crew running (and walking!) the Feathers 5K in honor of two people who shaped our family in unforgettable ways.

Steve McCrary was the heart of McCrary Farms: tractor‑riding, greenhouse‑tinkering, tomato‑growing, and Molena Georgia’s unofficial mascot. He kept the place running with equal parts skill, stubbornness, and humor. We lost Steve to cancer in 2025, and not a day goes by that we don’t feel the space he left behind.

That same year, we also lost Polly Holladay "Bubbles", whose life motto was, “If it’s worth doing, it’s worth overdoing.” She lived big, loved big, and supported everyone around her with that same wholehearted energy.

We’re running this race to honor them both — and to support the Atlanta Cancer Care Foundation, which provides practical help to cancer warriors and their families when they need it most.

Our goal is to raise $1,000 in Steve and Polly’s names. Every donation, big or small, helps another family facing the hardest fight of their lives.
