I'm Running to Transform Lives Through Mentorship!
Hello! My name is Valli Subramanian, and I’m excited to partner with Mentor North as I train to run the 2026 Grandma’s Marathon in support of their incredible mission. Mentor North connects young people with dedicated mentors to help them feel seen, supported, and inspired — something that deeply resonates with me.
Mentorship has played a powerful role in my own journey. In college, I’ve both benefited from mentors who guided me through new challenges and had the privilege of mentoring others, helping them academically and personally. I’ve seen firsthand how mentorship can spark confidence and growth — the same kind of impact Mentor North creates for youth across our community.

I’m running my 2026 Grandma’s Marathon race to support Mentor North! This amazing nonprofit connects young people in Duluth and Superior with mentors who help build confidence, resilience, and belonging. Youth, mentors, and families also gain meaningful community connections through Mentor North’s programming. Every dollar you give helps create and sustain life-changing relationships.
