Rainbow Days' mission is to help children and youth in adversity build coping skills and resilience to create positive futures. Through prevention, education, and enrichment programs, we provide social-emotional support and life skills that empower children affected by poverty, homelessness, abuse, parental incarceration, or substance use. Rainbow Days’ evidence-based programs create safe, nurturing environments where children can learn to manage emotions, make healthy choices, and connect with caring adults. Our core Curriculum-Based Support Group (CBSG®) Program teaches social-emotional learning and coping strategies through small group sessions led by trained, trauma-informed facilitators. The lessons build confidence, promote positive peer relationships, and equip participants with decision-making tools that foster lifelong resilience.
