We are on a mission to create safe and meaningful jobs for Young People.

Jobs that break barriers to employment and nurture our community and our planet.

Young people are more than twice as likely as older people to experience unemployment with a range of barriers to entering the labour market. Since 2013, we have created over 750 jobs for young people that face barriers to employment, such as lived experience of mental health challenges, family violence, insecure housing, disability, low literacy, and long-term unemployment.

As a registered charity, 100% of our profits support our Youth Employment Program, a work-first approach that offers jobs to young people aged 18-28, with adult wages alongside tailored coaching and support.
