The Kuby Performance Team is a reflection of our companies commitment to continuous improvement, accountability, and making meaningful impact.  

Made up of Kuby staff, this initiative brings together individuals from across the company who are committed to improving themselves—both physically and mentally—while strengthening our connections, culture, and community. Through training and competing in endurance events, we challenge ourselves, hold each other accountable, and continue striving to be better every day.

Our support for Valour Place Society is also an extension of Kuby’s Powering Those Who Protect program, which is dedicated to supporting frontline workers and emergency responders. Through our fundraising, we aim to give back to those who serve our communities and ensure they and their families receive the support they deserve.

By combining performance with purpose, the Kuby Performance Team is turning every km into an opportunity to give back.
