Movement has always been one way of creating freedom — in my body, in my mind, and in my community. This year, I’m choosing to move not just for myself, but for women who are still waiting for their own freedom. I’m running the Aruna Run 2026 to help create freedom for women still waiting for theirs. Every mile is a step toward safety, dignity, and a new beginning.
