My Story…
I have joined a fabulous dragon boat team of Women Physicians who are competing in June in the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival to raise funds for some great Ottawa charities. These charities were chosen as they serve our city by investing in youth development, food security, grief support, and healthy living initiatives. These include Boys and Girls Club of Ottawa, Nutrition Blocs ( hot breakfast/summer Nutrition program), Partage Vanier Food Bank, Roger Nielsen Children’s Hospice ( Young Grievers Camp) and local Tim Horton’s Foundation Camps in the Outaouais. I would be thrilled if you would join me in donating to support these local programs.
