My Story…

This year I am participating in the Ottawa Dragon Boat Festival with an amazing group called the Ottawa Shieldmaidens.

The Ottawa Shieldmaidens are a group of women who range in age from 30+ to 70+ who work together to further their personal and physical growth goals. We empower ourselves, each other and encourage others to tap into their inner warrior.

If you are interested in sponsoring me, every cent matter no matter the amount. The Ottawa Dragong Boat Festival helps supports several local charities each year.
