Package Pick up
Package Pick-Up Volunteers help riders kick off their event experience smoothly. In this role, you’ll welcome participants, check them in, hand out race packages, and answer basic event questions. You help create an organized, positive first impression while keeping the pick-up area running efficiently. Ideal for friendly, detail-oriented volunteers who enjoy interacting with people.

Start line Assistance
Help kick off the Okanagan Graveller with energy and smooth coordination! Start Line Volunteers welcome riders, assist with staging, answer questions, manage wave starts, and keep the flow organized and safe. Perfect for someone who’s friendly, calm under pressure, and excited to support an awesome gravel cycling community.

Post Ride food
Post-Ride Food Volunteers help riders refuel and celebrate after their ride. You’ll assist with setting up the food area, serving meals or snacks, keeping the space clean and stocked, and offering a warm welcome to finishers. This role is perfect for upbeat, helpful volunteers who enjoy creating a positive, rewarding finish-line experience

OG Feed Zone #1
OG Feed Zone Volunteers are the heartbeat of rider support at the Okanagan Graveller. In this role, you’ll help set up and run a fully stocked Feed Zone, welcome riders with big energy, offer water, nutrition, and quick course tips, and keep track of rider flow as they power through. Your encouragement helps every cyclist feel fired up, safe, and ready to crush the next stretch of the course. Perfect for friendly, organized individuals who thrive in an exciting outdoor environment.
8 am - 2 pm Sunday June 28, 2026
Location- 27km from start line on Beaver Lake Rd- all riders will pass this stop

Celebrate riders as they cross the finish line! Finish Line Medal Volunteers greet participants, present finisher medals, offer encouragement, and help maintain a smooth, welcoming finish area. Ideal for someone friendly, energetic, and excited to help riders feel proud of their achievement.

Medical volunteer
MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL MD, RN, LPN, MOA AND CERTIFIED FIRST AID
Volunteers will assess and treat minor ailments of the cycling participants while on the course route.
