Help kick off the Okanagan Graveller with energy and smooth coordination! Start Line Volunteers welcome riders, assist with staging, answer questions,, and keep the flow organized and safe. Post-Ride Food Volunteers help riders refuel and celebrate after their ride. You’ll assist with setting up the food area, serving meals or snacks, keeping the space clean and stocked, and offering a warm welcome to finishers. This role is perfect for upbeat, helpful volunteers who enjoy creating a positive, rewarding finish-line experience

Medical volunteer Feed Zone 1
MEDICAL PROFESSIONAL MD, RN, LPN, MOA AND CERTIFIED FIRST AID
Volunteers will assess and treat minor ailments of the cycling participants while on the course route being positioned at feed zones, this requires driving out to feed zone 1 that is approx 25km from start. We will put you in contact with others working feed zone to carpool.
Start will be leaving at 7:00 and finished by 10:30am.

Course Marshals Start
Be the eyes and ears of the course.
Stationed at key intersections and turns, you'll help guide riders safely and keep things running smoothly. You're a critical part of overall flow!
We will have a quick meeting at 6:45 and you will be sent out along the first 1km of the course to help with the start, this shift will be done by 9am.

Stationed at key intersections and turns, you'll help guide riders safely and keep things running smoothly. You're a critical part of overall flow!
This position is for when the riders are coming into the finish the last 1.5km, to help them get to their glory along this section! 9:30 am -12:30pm we will have a quick meeting at 9am at the start finish before you head out .
Positions will be at base of Oyama Rd where rail trail goes north, you will be stopping non event riders from entering the rail trail and sending them on the road to bypass the finish chute.

Adventure spot! 120km turn around
If you like adventure this one is for you, we need an individual with a 4 wheel drive vehicle to go out to the turnaround point of the 120km it's deep in the mountains near Grizzley Lake.
Need to be positioned by 9:30 am done at 1:30 pm bring a friend,cheer on the hard core riders and help them get home! We will have a table/ tent/ water dropped off at this location.
