I am participating in the Army Run to honour resilience, service and the people who shaped my strength. My connection to the military is personal. I have seen firsthand the discipline, sacrifice and quiet courage it takes to serve not only from those in uniform but from their families as well. I am celebrating community, respect for service and the belief that we can all push beyond our limits, together.
